Chevy Rough is a "Wellbeing & Performance Specialist," Public Speaker and Ambassador for men's mental health charity, CALM. Chevys work centres around educating people with the mindset and tools required for improving mental, physical and social health, ensuring they have the same level of energy and focus for loved ones, as they do for their careers.

Chevy's philosophy is to keep solutions simple, empowering people to build a baseline of lifestyle choices, that work alongside "busy" lives. His unique style embraces stress, failure and burnout not as things to fear, but as vehicles for growth.

In 2015, Chevy retrained as a Coach after battling over a decade of addiction, while working in the corporate world. In 2017 he was selected by the BBC, to Coach 10 people with mental health challenges, to run the London Marathon. "Mind over Marathon" was an award-winning documentary. Chevy has worked with companies ranging from Spotify to Sainsbury's offering workshops, one to one coaching and keynotes
