Tiny Tom Collins

You'll need:
- 10ml Haymans small gin
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml sugar syrup
- Fever tree raspberry and rose soda
Recipe:
- Add everything besides soda into a tall glass and stir.
- Fill the glass with ice and top with the soda.
- Stir and garnish with a lime or lemon wheel.
Organics Rosemary Mule

You'll need:
- 125ml good quality orange juice
- 20ml lime juice
- A squeeze of agave syrup
- 75ml Red Bull Organics ginger ale
- Rosemary sprig
- A highball glass
Recipe:
- Add everything besides the rosemary into the glass and stir.
- Fill the glass with ice.
- Wipe the rosemary around the outside of the glass and rim, before placing it into the drink as garnish.
Many Berry Smoothie

You'll need:
- 200ml cloudy apple juice
- 1 banana
- Handful frozen raspberries and blueberries
- 1/2 teaspoon flax seeds
- Small slice of fresh ginger
Recipe:
Blend all ingredients for 30 seconds until smooth.
Morning boost

You'll need:
- 1 frozen banana
- Pinch cacao nibs
- 20g oats
- A squeeze of maple/date/agave syrup
- Slice of apple
- 150ml oat milk
- Shot of espresso
Recipe:
- Blend all ingredients for 20 - 30 seconds.
- Garnish with cacao nibs.
Golden Latte

You'll need:
- 200ml coconut milk
- Pinch of ginger powder
- Pinch of turmeric powder
- A squeeze of agave syrup
Recipe:
- If you have an espresso machine, steam all the ingredients until hot and frothy and the jug is almost too hot to touch. Pour into a latte glass or any cup.
- If you don’t have an espresso machine with a steam wand, heat the ingredients in a pan - being careful not to boil.
- Garnish with a small pinch of turmeric/ginger/cinnamon power - whatever you have to hand!
